Hellloooo!
So this one has been a long time coming~ apologies for the delay!
As a reminder, here is the post with the original pics of the e.l.f. shadows =)
And here are pics of them on!:
Close-up:
I really LOVE the darkest shade because it's the PERFECT black~ enough to get the job done but not over-whelming to add a wee bit in the crease. Yay! Also-- somehow the middle and dark combined came off with a little bit of dark green next to my eyes... don't know how that happened, but another score!
I used the lightest on the brow and inner corner, middle shade from lashline to just above the crease, and the darkest as liner and a smidge in the outer crease.
My ONLY qualms with this shadow is the fall-out! See the extra shadow on my cheek? So yeah-- make up your eyes first, haha!
All-in-all though, for just $1 a pop these are definitely worth it! Very pigmented and faded only verrrry slightly throughout the day. I'd give them a go!! The $5 it costs for 4 shadows + palette is a steal!!
Have you tried any e.l.f. make-up? Leave me your thoughts!!
Um amazing prices!!! Gonna have to try Target soon!!! What eyeshadow palette did you get? Awesome color. I agree with it being just dark enough!
ReplyDeleteOh these colors would look so gorgeous on you! I'll dig up my boxes and find the color names in the morn =) You get the magnetic palette for $1 and then the individual pans for $1 a piece~
ReplyDeleteOkay I just looked on the site real quick, easier than I thought lol!
Colors in: Dusk, Moondust, and Ivory
(I also recently got Sage, it's pretty!)
